How to Setup Google Apps With Your Domain Name and CPanel Hosting Step by Step – Part 1

You might be wondering what’s all the buzz about Google Apps, and why everybody swear by it.

Well in my opinion I believe Google Apps should be the CORE of your Online Business Start-up.

I believe one of the first thing that you should do, when starting to setup your online Business, is get your Google Apps Setup.

Any website that I launch, or any website that I setup to my clients, I take the time to setup Google Apps for simple reason, do you know what it is???

It is simply free, reliable, and very easy to use…

You might be wondering by now, why do I think Google Apps is great…

By using Google Apps even the free version that comes with 50 users, you will get lots of power and control over your email infrastructure, you will be able to manage and create up to 50 users for FREE.

Meaning you you can create 50 email accounts for your employees and contractors, collabrate effectively with them, using the Google Apps infrastructure, you will be able to change passwords, cancel accounts etc.

Think about it, most of other Email Providers, will charge you a minimum $5/month per email account, and you won’t get the same space that Google Apps provide which is over 6GB which is almost 6 years worth of email….and Email storage per account.

And if you don’t utilize Google Apps you are going to have less power and control over your users, and also, you might have to spend some money monthly depending on how many accounts you have, and you won’t benefit of Google’s Service Level Agreement, that provides uptime of over 99%.

And because of its reliability you will be able to reduce outages, and issues, with email, which means the possibility of missing emails is highly unlikely, which will make your communication with your peers and your clients more effective, and also you can collabarate with customers, and peers much easier, using Google Docs, and they can see many of the documentation updated in real time.

On the other hand utilizing your web hosting email service, or other email hosting providers can cause you getting lots of spam, and missing some emails because of outages and unreliable service, which can lead to customer, peers complaining, and issues with the communication because you missed and didn’t receive the email that they sent you, and you will miss out on the ability of collabarating with them efficiently using google docs, or google calendar.

More so, using Google Apps, you will be able to achieve more, and accomplish more, because you can access those services from any computer and from anywhere. You can access your email, documents, and calendar from coffee shops, from your friend’s house, and while you are in vacation in any part of the world.

Further more, not using Google Apps, you might get stuck with slow desktop applications, where you need your computer with you all the time, to access your email, docs, or calendar, plus you might end up losing all of that, in case of a computer crash, and not having the right backup solution.

So, given my big argument above you might be wondering what is Google Apps…
